Forms

Collect messages, sign-ups, RSVPs, leads and reservations from your site.

Add a form

  • Add a Form, Contact, Newsletter or RSVP block in the editor, or create one on the Forms page with + New form and pick a kind.
  • Edit the fields: text, email, phone, long text, choice, number, date, time and checkbox. Mark the ones visitors must fill in.
  • Choose what happens after sending: show a thank-you message or go to another page.

Notifications

In Settings → Notifications choose whether to get an email for each submission or a daily digest at 08:00 in your timezone. On paid plans you can also send each submission to your own systems with a form.submitted webhook (Settings → API & Integrations).

Read and manage submissions

The Forms page shows each form with its new and total submissions. Open a form to:

  • search submissions and open one to read it in full;
  • Reply by email, mark as read or unread, mark as spam, or delete;
  • Export CSV for spreadsheets (large exports are emailed to you as a download link).

Free sites keep collecting submissions; reading them needs a paid plan.

Spam protection

Every form has hidden spam traps and rate limits. On paid plans you can also turn on a Cloudflare Turnstile check. Messages that look like spam are kept but marked as spam, so nothing is lost.

Never ask for passwords or PINs

Forms must not ask for passwords, PINs, one-time codes or card numbers. A site that does, while naming a bank or mobile money provider, can't be published and is reviewed by our team.
